The team fee for Fall 2017 and Summer 2018 are $1500, $750 per session. Half due when accepting an invitation to play. Invitations to play are extended after tryouts. Acceptance is due within 48 hours and team fees payable within 7 days. The Fall portion is due within 7 days and the summer portion due after a position is offered and accepted on a summer team. The team fee covers all practices, tournament fees and coaches’ fees. Additional costs incurred by each family could include transportation, hotel accommodations and meals. Families with multiple girls participating will be issued a credit of $200 for each additional girl registered.
On a volunteer basis, families will also be asked to provide team drinks and snacks for tournaments.
The uniform (two jerseys) and shorts are purchased separately for $138, and $73 for goalies who order one oversized reversible jersey and shorts. Uniforms will be owned by the player and numbers will be assigned by the program. We will use the same uniform and shorts design for fall and summer until we change the uniform style. When you register for tryouts and have a number you would like to keep if you make the team again please e-mail email@example.com giving your name, number and graduating year.
Refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the beginning of the second practice whether the player attended or not. Tryout registration fees, out of county fees and donations are not refundable. Players that request to drop will be charged any charge card and other processing fees paid by the club. If for a doctor certified injury during the season and a player can't play, the amount of refund will be determined by the Club Administrator based on how much practice/tournaments were missed.
