Virginia United’s founding principle is to provide an opportunity for girls to develop elite skills in an environment that honors the beauty of the game. VU strives to be a place where excellence is the reward of hard work and focused training; friendship and fun are its natural byproducts. VU wants to continue to field strong teams that are a joy to play on and a pleasure to watch. The ultimate goal is to provide a competitive outlet for a dedicated student-athlete to further develop skills and to prepare to play at the next level.

Virginia United Girl’s Lacrosse is a club level lacrosse program dedicated to improving players’ skills as well as promoting sportsmanship and the sport of girl’s lacrosse. The program was founded on the core principal that teaching fundamentals is the key to success at all levels.
Virginia United is affiliated with Burke Athletic Club – a recognized non-profit which provides youth and adult sports programs. Donations are tax deductible.
Virginia United supports Winners Lacrosse, a lacrosse organization that introduces lacrosse to children in the inner city and uses the sport to teach life lessons.
Virginia United Girls Lacrosse
